18 October 2018: The Financial Times’ human resources team in the US took home the award for Best Employee Engagement Initiative, for the 2018 “Craft your Career Week”, a series of events dedicated to helping employees think about resources available for career development.

The Digiday Worklife Awards awards recognise top employers in the media and marketing industry as well as the value and cultural initiatives that make them unique.

Judges noted, "What a fantastic way to engage employees - it shows their investment in careers and commitment to development."

Last year the Financial Times received the 2017 Digiday Worklife prize for Employer of the Year in recognition of a number of internal initiatives and benefits connecting global employees to the brand, community and one another.
