30 August 2017: The Financial Times has been recognised as Employer of the Year in the publishing category at the inaugural Digiday WorkLife Awards. The prize recognises the best work environments in media and marketing, including the values and cultural initiatives that make them unique.

The FT was recognised for a number of internal initiatives and benefits that connect global employees to the brand, community and one another. These programmes range from the award-winning Digital Learning Week through to a global secondment scheme, paid volunteering days and more.

Winners will be recognised at the Digiday Awards on November 7 at the Edison Ballroom in New York City.
