The Financial Times was recognised in three categories at this year’s Publisher Newsletter Awards, with the FT’s Fashion Matters newsletter scooping two prizes including Newsletter of the Year. Scoreboard, the FT’s newsletter on the business of sport, was named Best Sport Newsletter.

Fashion Matters, which is authored by FT’s fashion editor Lauren Indvik, and focuses on the intersection of business, culture, politics and style, was also honoured in the Best Hobbies and Special Interest category.

The judges described the newsletter as “incredibly smart and well-informed with a strong but engaging editorial voice.” They noted that it has “extended its parent brand’s reach with targeted audience segments – subscriber growth is enviable and open rates are through the roof”.
