The Financial Times has been named the leading European business publication* for the sixth year running by the Global Business Influencers survey (GBI) from Ipsos.
The 2021 survey of senior business executives found that the FT reaches 46.4% of respondents with its print and digital content across Europe. The FT is the leading business publication in the region for reaching those in C-Suite, high net worth and IT decision maker categories.
GBI is a global syndicated media and insight survey from IPSOS that tracks the media, business, financial, luxury and travel behaviours of the most senior global business executives, representing approximately 1% of the working population. The survey covers international and national media across TV, print and digital platforms, and focuses on four key advertising categories: luxury, travel, personal finance and business decision-making.
Globally, GBI respondents have access to US$9.8 trillion in expenditure budgets. Financial Times readers control 50% of this budget (US$4.9 trillion), highlighting the influence and seniority of the FT’s audience.
