FTChinese.com hosts fifth FTChinese Annual Forum in Beijing

Beijing: FTChinese.com held the 2012 FTChinese Annual Forum at the Sofitel Wanda hotel inBeijing today, gathering 350 delegates, including world class economists, policy-makers, influential entrepreneurs and media pioneers.

Launched in 2008, FTChinese Annual Forum, the Financial Times’ flagship conference in mainlandChina, has been recognized as an excellent platform for sharing professional insights and international views. With this year’s theme of “Present and Prospects: Decision-making in Transformation”, the one-day forum analyzed current economic dilemmas and forecasted global trends.

Justin Yifu Lin, former Chief Economist and Senior Vice President of the World Bank, delivered a keynote speech on “Great Global Recession, Beyond Keynesianism, and New Normal”.
