The day featured a range of events and talks for all staff, including:

FT Women NY, in partnership with SYPartners, hosted “Design Your Future Self”, an interactive workshop, moderated by SYPartners’ managing creative director, Jessica Tillyer. The hands-on workshop focused on key topics such as getting unstuck, building adaptability and confidence at work, listening to your instincts, and female leadership.

Additionally, New York staff participated in a clothing drive for Dress for Success, an international not-for-profit organization that empowers women to achieve economic independence.

To honor the International (Working) Women's Day, on March 12, the FT hosted an event with The Women Who Code in Sofia.
