What does a typical day in your role look like?
A normal day would involve working with my team to segment customers, create customer journeys and review current processes to identify areas which require improvements. Any spare time is spent coming up with the data strategy for FT Live and scoping out new projects by talking to different stakeholders within the business who have had similar experiences.

What project are you most proud of?
I am most proud of the projects I was brought in for: FT Live FastStats and PeopleStage implementation. I am also very proud of my team. I have trained team members, so it makes me happy to see how much they have grown within their roles and how they are using their new knowledge to help stakeholders within FT Live.

If you had to describe the FT culture in three words, what would they be?
Family, dynamic and innovative.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I play softball during my free time and am part of a league team. We compete during the summer.
