The FT’s employee-led networks connect and empower individuals across the organisation. Each network has its own objectives that are tailored specifically towards supporting its members, but all share a common mission to provide a sense of community, cultivate an inclusive culture and raise awareness of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
FT Access aims to transform attitudes and provide a positive working environment for people with disabilities. FT Access works with external organisations and charities creating supported internships, work experience projects and events.

FT Embrace works to inform and educate individuals about BAME experiences and raises cultural awareness through open discussions and events.
