FT Weekend is adding Neil Collins to its roster of regular contributors from this weekend, Saturday May 12. Collins, one of the most experienced financial journalists in the UK, will be giving FT Weekend readers his penetrating and acerbic take on the markets and UK business in a new ‘On London’ column.

Already a popular weekly commentator for FT Alphaville, his appointment comes with decades of experience, including 19 years as City Editor for The Daily Telegraph where his daily column became a must read for anyone remotely interested in finance. He has also written for Reuters, The Sunday Times and Evening Standard.
