The Financial Times is today announcing the launch of FT Executive Coaching, a bespoke service run by FT Career Management, which delivers high quality content, events and job opportunities to senior level executives across the globe.

FT Executive Coaching is a service for senior executives and professionals in all sectors looking to take the next step in their career, whether in their current position or externally. It is run in partnership with The Coaching Space, a leading provider of executive coaching and part of TQ, a subsidiary of the FT’s parent company Pearson.

Coaches have been selected for their successful track record of working with senior leaders across a variety of industries, in both the public and private sectors. They will help leaders to identify and define their professional goals, based on their existing experience, skills and preferences. Sessions cover topics such as personal impact and style, developing a senior level network, personal and organisational transformation, strategic thinking and stakeholder management.

Steve Playford, Managing Director of Financial Times Career Management, said: “The FT is uniquely positioned to work with Pearson to offer executive education opportunities. By using the strengths of both companies we are able to offer an unrivalled, world class coaching service that supports executives throughout their career.”

This is the latest launch in the FT’s series of learning products around executive career development, which also includes the FT Non-Executive Director Certificate, the first post-graduate course designed specifically to train non-executive directors. Since its launch in 2011 the certificate has seen close to 200 delegates and last week expanded into Asia with a six month course in Hong Kong.
