25 May 2018: Hannah Murphy, FT companies reporter, was named one of MHP Communications’ 30 to Watch on Wednesday evening.

Hannah has been recognized for her work this past year as a financial journalist. The award, now in its seventh year, aims to recognise the contribution of young journalists to the UK media industry whose work has made a real impact in their sector or area of expertise. Hannah was chosen as one of 30 from a group of 357 entries from across the media landscape.

Additionally, Sophia Imenson, associate editor of FT’s Pensions Expert, was highly commended.

In 2017 FT reporters Tom Hale, FT Alphaville, and Chloe Cornish were recognized on this list for their reporting in the Business/Trade/Specialist sector.
