Rebecca Salsbury

Rebecca Salsbury was appointed Chief Product and Technology Officer in January 2026. She leads the FT’s group-wide product, technology and data strategies, designed to match the FT’s ambition and reputation for quality and trustworthiness.

Rebecca joined the FT in early 2023 as Chief Technology Officer, where she was responsible for all aspects of the FT’s technology and operations: including products enjoyed by our customers and clients and the software systems and services used every day by colleagues across the globe.

Before joining the FT, Rebecca has held consulting and staff roles in news, media and entertainment sectors, including Napster, BBC, Sky and TiVo.
